We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales professional with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and driving the adoption of our innovative FinTech solutions within the retail sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of pharmaceutical products and consumer behavior to effectively promote and sell our payment and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive retail sales of Paytm's financial products and services in the assigned territory.
Engage with potential customers in retail environments, understand their needs, and present relevant FinTech solutions.
Educate customers on the benefits and usage of digital payment methods and other financial services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to understand customer segments and tailor sales approaches effectively.
