We are seeking a talented and motivated RF Engineering professional with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. As an RF Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting our wireless network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles and a passion for building robust telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and RF design for new network deployments.
- Perform drive testing, data analysis, and performance optimization of the cellular network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues to ensure network quality and coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and features.
- Generate and maintain RF documentation, including design reports and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in RF engineering and telecommunications.
