Risk & Compliance Consultant at Razorpay

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a Risk & Compliance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the dynamic FinTech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and compliance programs tailored for a FinTech environment.

Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines, PMLA, AML).

Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.

Prepare and review compliance documentation, reports, and filings for regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to embed compliance into business processes.

Support the investigation of compliance breaches and implement corrective actions.

Provide guidance and training to employees on risk and compliance matters.
