Role Summary:
Reliance Retail is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Sc graduates to join our Safety Operations team in Nasik. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in ensuring the safety and security of our retail operations. You will work closely with the safety team to implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct inspections, and contribute to a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures across retail stores.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Document and report safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, and assist in investigations.
- Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Collaborate with store management and staff to promote a strong safety culture.
- Stay updated on relevant safety regulations and best practices in the retail industry.
