Salon / Health Club Manager - FinTech / Payments (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Salon / Health Club Manager with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-4 years of experience to oversee the operations of our employee wellness facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our staff, contributing to a productive and healthy work environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our salon and health club services, focusing on operational efficiency, staff management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the salon and health club, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and train salon and health club staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of the services offered.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for supplies and maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement and oversee wellness programs and initiatives for employees.
