Security Auditor - 3-5 Yrs Experience

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Auditor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and a proven ability to conduct comprehensive audits within a BPO/Call Centre environment. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies, safeguarding sensitive client data and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits of IT systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
- Develop and execute audit plans, methodologies, and procedures for information security and operational controls.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of existing security controls, policies, and procedures.
- Document audit findings, recommendations, and action plans clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to implement corrective actions and track remediation progress.
- Perform risk assessments and analyze potential security threats to the organization.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA if applicable) and industry-specific compliance standards.
- Prepare audit reports for management, highlighting risks and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
