Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Security / Fraud professional with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating potential security threats and fraudulent activities that could impact our platform and users. This role requires a strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, and data analysis to ensure the integrity and security of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to detect anomalies, patterns, and potential fraud indicators.
- Investigate suspected fraudulent activities and security breaches, gathering evidence and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Technology) to implement fraud prevention strategies and controls.
- Assist in the development and refinement of fraud detection models and rules.
- Prepare detailed reports on fraud trends, incident analysis, and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to data security and financial integrity.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation plans.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to security and fraud investigations.
