Senior Curriculum Designer - Ports & Shipping (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Designer with a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and educational materials for our workforce in the Ports & Shipping sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving demands of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training curricula for various roles within the Ports & Shipping industry.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure technical accuracy of training content.
- Create a variety of learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in curriculum design and adult education.
