Senior Endocrine Surgeon - Architecture / Interior Design (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Endocrine Surgeon with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between conceptual design and functional execution within our architectural and interior design projects. You will apply your unique understanding of spatial ergonomics, human behavior, and physiological needs to inform design strategies, ensuring that our built environments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also promote well-being and optimize user experience. Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex anatomical and physiological insights into practical design recommendations for interior spaces, focusing on ergonomics and user comfort.

Collaborate with architects and interior designers to integrate principles of well-being and health into design concepts for corporate offices, hospitality venues, and residential projects.

Conduct research and analysis on the impact of environmental factors on human physiology and psychology, providing data-driven insights to design teams.

Develop innovative design solutions that address specific functional requirements and enhance the overall user experience within diverse architectural contexts.

Review design proposals and provide expert feedback from an 'endocrine' perspective, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Maintain an awareness of current trends and advancements in both design and human physiology, applying this knowledge to future projects.
