We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Network (Support) Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and support. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the company's network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for network-related incidents and requests.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).

Perform regular network maintenance, including patching and upgrades.

Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and new projects.
