Senior Non IT Recruiter - BPO / Call Centre

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a proven track record in end-to-end non-IT recruitment within the BPO/Call Centre industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organizational needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BPO/Call Centre sector.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and define job specifications.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Leverage your MCA background to understand technical nuances where applicable for non-IT roles that may have a technical component.
