Senior Shared Services - Clinical Research / Contract Research (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Shared Services professional to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role will be instrumental in optimizing and streamlining key operational processes within our Clinical Research / Contract Research functions. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Des background and 3-5 years of experience to drive efficiency, enhance service delivery, and contribute to the strategic goals of our shared services unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the shared services function, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various departments and business units to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Create and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management activities and ensure seamless execution of clinical research studies.
- Utilize design thinking principles and user-centered approaches to improve internal workflows and user experience within the shared services framework.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new shared services strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
