Shift Supervisor (0-1 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage operations during their designated shift at our Surat facility. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to gain practical experience in a manufacturing and quality control environment within the beverage industry. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and supervising a team to achieve daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of production staff during the shift to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet specified requirements.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods within the shift.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
