Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Engineering & Technical professional with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in managing and optimizing the shipping and logistics of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a recent M.Pharma graduate eager to apply their scientific knowledge in a practical, supply chain-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of inbound and outbound shipments of pharmaceutical materials and finished goods.
- Ensure all shipments are handled in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), temperature control requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Production, Warehouse) and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Participate in the investigation of shipping discrepancies and non-conformances.
- Support the implementation of new shipping processes and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and inventory movements.
- Conduct basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
