Site Merchandiser (1-2 Yrs) - Hyderabad

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Merchandiser with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our online product catalog and ensuring a seamless customer journey, directly impacting sales and conversion rates. You will work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to drive our e-commerce strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on the Acko website and app, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compelling product information.
• Analyze website data and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving site navigation, search functionality, and product discoverability.
• Implement merchandising strategies to promote key products, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns, driving conversion rates and revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure all site content is up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
• Assist in A/B testing of different page layouts, product placements, and promotional offers to maximize performance.
• Generate regular reports on key merchandising metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
