Site Reliability Engineer - MNC (Bhubaneshwar) - 0-2 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Site Reliability Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical IT infrastructure and applications supporting the building materials industry. You will work closely with development and operations teams to implement SRE best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, availability, and latency, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning of systems.
- Document system architecture, operational procedures, and incident post-mortems.
- Learn and apply SRE principles to improve system resilience and efficiency.
- Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
