Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sommelier to join our corporate services team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal functioning and user experience of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on data integrity and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background and analytical skills to support and enhance our operational capabilities within the BPO/Call Centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze user data and system logs to identify trends and potential issues related to IT service delivery.

Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and user guidelines.

Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting end-users.

Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company IT policies.

Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and best practices.

Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews.
