Sound Engineer (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sound Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of audio systems, acoustics, and signal processing. You will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining audio systems across our various facilities, ensuring optimal sound quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage audio systems for port operations, administrative buildings, and training facilities.
- Conduct acoustic analysis and implement solutions to optimize sound environments.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and mixing consoles.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate audio solutions into new infrastructure and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards for all audio installations.
- Monitor and manage audio system performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality audio output.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on audio equipment operation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audio technology and recommend improvements.
