Sound / Light / Technical Support - Other - Financial Services (Lucknow)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sound / Light / Technical Support professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Lucknow. As a vital member of our technical operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of audio-visual equipment and providing essential technical support for various events and daily operations within the financial services sector. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain sound and lighting systems for company events, presentations, and meetings.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, and lighting fixtures.

Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including basic network troubleshooting, hardware, and software issues for end-users.

Assist in the planning and execution of technical aspects for company events.

Perform routine maintenance and checks on all technical equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Document technical issues and resolutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technical requirements.
