Spa Manager / Supervisor - Auto Components (Surat)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Spa Manager/Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience to oversee the operations of our employee wellness and relaxation facility at our Surat plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for our employees, managing daily operations, and maintaining a serene and professional environment. This role requires a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the employee spa and wellness center.
• Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Maintain inventory of spa supplies and products, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing employee concerns.
• Develop and implement spa schedules, appointment bookings, and manage staff rotations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards of the spa facilities.
• Assist in planning and executing wellness programs and employee engagement activities.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and basic financial management.
