Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher with an M.Tech degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on providing specialized support and guidance to employees within our BPO environment who may have diverse learning needs or require accommodations. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace by developing and implementing tailored strategies and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individual learning needs and develop personalized support plans for employees.
- Design and deliver training modules and workshops focused on accessibility, assistive technologies, and inclusive communication.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure reasonable accommodations are met.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to employees requiring specialized assistance.
- Stay updated on best practices in special education and apply them within a corporate setting.
- Maintain confidential records and track progress of support provided.
