Sports Club Manager - Indore (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sports Club Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to oversee the operations and activities of our sports club. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be adept at managing resources and fostering a positive environment for our members. This role requires a blend of administrative acumen and a genuine love for sports development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sports programs and events suitable for various age groups and skill levels.
• Manage club facilities, including scheduling, maintenance, and ensuring a safe environment for all users.
• Oversee budgets, manage expenses, and explore revenue generation opportunities for the club.
• Recruit, train, and manage sports coaches and support staff.
• Promote the club and its activities to attract new members and retain existing ones.
