Sports Coach (2-3 Yrs) | Guwahati

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Coach to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 2-3 years of experience in coaching or a related field, with a passion for promoting employee well-being and team building through sports and recreational activities within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sports and fitness programs tailored to the needs of our employees.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, workshops, and training for various sports and fitness activities.

Organize and manage inter-departmental sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities.

Assess employee fitness levels and provide personalized guidance and motivation.

Promote a culture of health, wellness, and active participation within the company.

Ensure the safe and effective use of sports equipment and facilities.

Collaborate with HR and management to align sports programs with company objectives.

Utilize design thinking principles learned during M.Des to creatively design engaging wellness activities.
