Sports Physician - Gems & Jewellery Sector

We are seeking a dedicated Sports Physician with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves providing specialized medical care and rehabilitation services to our workforce, focusing on injury prevention, diagnosis, and treatment within the context of the gems and jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to understand pharmacological interventions and support overall employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and provide diagnosis for sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, incorporating exercise therapy and manual techniques.
- Advise on injury prevention strategies and promote healthy lifestyle choices among employees.
- Collaborate with HR and safety departments to ensure a safe working environment, particularly addressing ergonomical risks in jewellery manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports medicine and pharmacology relevant to occupational health.
- Administer and monitor pharmacological treatments as prescribed, ensuring efficacy and patient safety, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge.
