Job Description

This role is designed for a motivated individual with a B.Sc. in a relevant science field, possessing 1-3 years of experience, to support employee well-being and performance initiatives within our food processing company. You will contribute to programs aimed at enhancing the health, safety, and productivity of our workforce, leveraging your understanding of sports science and medicine principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee wellness programs, focusing on injury prevention and recovery.
- Conduct basic assessments of employee physical health and provide guidance on ergonomic practices in the workplace.
- Support the coordination of health and fitness activities for employees.
- Maintain records related to employee health and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a healthy work environment.
- Research and propose new initiatives based on current trends in sports science and occupational health.
- Provide general support and administrative tasks for the health and wellness department.
