Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sports Scout with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and consumer trends to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions within the competitive consumer electronics and appliances landscape, with a unique focus on sports-related consumer behavior and product integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sports trends, athlete endorsements, and major sporting events to identify potential marketing collaborations and product development opportunities relevant to consumer electronics and appliances.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer preferences in sports-related segments and their purchasing habits for electronics and appliances.
Identify and evaluate potential sponsorships, partnerships with sports teams, leagues, or individual athletes that align with brand objectives.
Develop business cases and proposals for new initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor the performance of sports-related marketing campaigns and partnerships, providing insights for optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate sports-focused strategies into overall business plans.
