We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as Sports Staff and Management - Other. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-2 years of experience, looking to contribute to our corporate sports and employee engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of various sports activities and management tasks within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of inter-departmental sports tournaments and events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, equipment procurement, and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with employees to promote participation in sports activities.
• Maintain records of participation, scores, and event outcomes.
• Support the development and implementation of employee wellness programs with a sports focus.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sports management, including budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Ensure smooth execution of all sports-related activities, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.
