Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strength & Conditioning professional with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team in Surat. This role will focus on developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the physical well-being and productivity of our workforce within the food processing environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills acquired through their B.Com education to contribute to data-driven health and fitness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized strength and conditioning programs for employees, considering their job roles and physical demands.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized guidance to improve employee health, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance.
- Monitor employee progress, analyze data, and report on the effectiveness of implemented programs.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to integrate wellness initiatives into the company culture.
- Educate employees on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of employee fitness levels, program participation, and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in strength and conditioning, and apply them to the workplace setting.
