Structural Engineer - Ports & Shipping (Surat) - 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for supporting the design, analysis, and maintenance of our port infrastructure. While the primary focus is structural engineering, we are looking for candidates with a unique educational background in M.Pharma, suggesting an ability to apply rigorous analytical and problem-solving skills to complex engineering challenges, potentially in areas requiring meticulous material science understanding or process-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and analysis of port structures, including jetties, wharves, breakwaters, and buildings, using relevant software.

Perform structural calculations and develop detailed drawings and specifications.

Conduct site inspections and structural assessments, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and other engineers.

Review and interpret technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation.

Apply a strong understanding of material properties and their behavior under various conditions, drawing parallels from M.Pharma studies to structural integrity.
