Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Subject / Specialization Teacher - Other with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for individuals who have practical experience and a strong understanding of specific vocational skills relevant to the Ports & Shipping industry, even without a formal graduation degree. You will be responsible for imparting practical knowledge and vocational training to our workforce, focusing on operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on specific subjects or specializations within the Ports & Shipping sector.
Develop and update training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises, suitable for a workforce without formal graduation.
Assess trainee performance through practical demonstrations, quizzes, and on-the-job evaluations.

Ensure all training activities comply with industry safety regulations and port operational procedures.
