Supervisor / Incharge - Petrochemical Operations - Coimbatore

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated Supervisor / Incharge with 3-4 years of experience, holding a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, to oversee and manage operations within our petrochemical facility in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating team activities. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency within the petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the work of operational staff to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

Monitor operational processes, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures.

Interpret and apply legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to petrochemical operations, ensuring compliance.

Manage shift schedules, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.

Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular reports for management.

Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize operations.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency enhancements.
