Supervisor - Instrumentation Pipeline (3-5 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Supervisor - Instrumentation Pipeline with a Doctorate/PhD and 3-5 years of experience to oversee and manage our instrumentation pipeline operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of instrumentation, process control, and data analysis, with a proven ability to lead a team and ensure operational efficiency and compliance. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and performance of our critical instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems within the pipeline.

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for instrumentation pipeline management.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all instrumentation activities.

- Analyze data from instrumentation systems to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex instrumentation issues, leveraging advanced analytical and diagnostic techniques.

- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation data with overall operational strategies.

- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for instrumentation equipment.
