Sustainability Manager for M.A Graduates (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sustainability Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for recent M.A graduates passionate about environmental stewardship and sustainable business practices within the petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, contributing to our commitment to environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting (e.g., carbon footprint, waste generation, water consumption).
- Support the implementation of environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the petrochemical sector.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reducing environmental impact.
- Help organize and coordinate sustainability-related training and awareness programs.
- Monitor and track progress on sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
