Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Support network security measures and access controls.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network projects and upgrades.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for network management.
- Respond to network-related incidents and provide timely resolution.
