System Administrator / Engineer - BPM Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator / Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management within the Business Process Management (BPM) sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems, supporting end-users, and contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our technological environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related software applications.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Assist in network administration tasks, including managing firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and system upgrades.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
