Team Manager - 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead and mentor a team of artists and technicians within our Animation & VFX studio in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong technical background with an M.Tech degree. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a creative team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to artists and technicians, fostering skill development.
- Oversee project workflows, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
