Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and have a keen interest in the architecture and interior design sector. This role involves developing and delivering technical training programs to internal teams and external partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our innovative hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging technical training sessions on Hettich products and solutions for sales, technical, and partner teams.

Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Stay updated with industry trends and product advancements to ensure training content is relevant and current.

Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
