Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Technology/IT team as an IT Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support for our IT infrastructure and assist users with technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a 12th Pass education and 0-1 years of experience to gain valuable exposure in the insurance technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to user requests and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Document IT procedures and user guides.
- Support the IT team in various projects and daily operations.
- Ensure data security and follow company IT policies.
