Technology Product Management - Other - Retail (Mumbai)

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Technology Product Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our retail technology products, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our customers and business stakeholders. You will translate complex business needs into actionable product roadmaps and user stories, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific technology initiatives within the retail domain.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.
* Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations) throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
* Prioritize product backlog and manage sprints effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
* Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product strategy and innovation.
* Act as a subject matter expert for your product areas, communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
