Tender Manager (2-3 Yrs) - Surat

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic team in Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identification to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and maximizing our chances of winning bids within the Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders and procurement opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Review tender documents thoroughly to understand scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting credentials.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal) to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of all tender documents before the stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in the tender process.
- Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents and company profiles.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the tender landscape.
