Territory Sales Manager (B2C) - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber (Thiruvananthapuram)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (B2C) with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for expanding our B2C market reach within the petrochemical and plastics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a proven track record in sales, specifically within a B2C environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to penetrate the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.

Identify and cultivate new B2C customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable petrochemical and plastic solutions.

Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product strategy.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
