Tool Room Engineer - Corporate (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tool design, manufacturing, and maintenance principles, combined with a keen eye for precision. This role is crucial in supporting our printing operations by ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, fabrication, and repair of precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the printing and packaging processes.

Perform routine maintenance and inspection of existing tooling to prevent breakdowns and ensure consistent quality.

Collaborate with the production team to identify tooling issues and implement effective solutions.

Utilize precision measuring instruments and equipment to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.

Maintain detailed records of tool modifications, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tool room.
