Tour Manager for Diploma Graduates

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of field visits and site tours for our petrochemical and plastics manufacturing facilities in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, effective communication with visitors, and maintaining safety standards during all scheduled tours. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, event management, or a similar field, preferably within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute site tours for diverse groups including clients, stakeholders, government officials, and potential investors.

Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., operations, safety, security) to ensure seamless tour logistics and access.

Develop and deliver engaging presentations and information about our petrochemical and plastics manufacturing processes, highlighting safety protocols and technological advancements.

Manage visitor registration, provide necessary documentation, and ensure all visitors adhere to site safety regulations.

Act as a primary point of contact for all tour-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of tours conducted, visitor feedback, and any incidents or issues encountered.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote site tours and enhance the visitor experience.

Ensure all tour-related materials and equipment are well-maintained and readily available.
