Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Database Manager to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to kickstart their career in database management within the dynamic BPO/Call Centre industry. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, integrity, and performance of our company's databases, ensuring efficient data operations that underpin our client services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily monitoring of database performance and availability.
- Perform routine database maintenance tasks such as backups and restores under supervision.
- Help in troubleshooting and resolving basic database issues.
- Support data extraction and reporting requests from various departments.
- Learn and adhere to data security and privacy policies.
- Collaborate with senior database administrators and IT teams.
- Document database procedures and configurations.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in database management tools and technologies.
