Transcriptionist - Architecture / Interior Design (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Transcriptionist with a strong command of language and exceptional attention to detail to join our Surat office. The ideal candidate will possess an LLM degree, demonstrating advanced analytical and comprehension skills, which will be invaluable in accurately transcribing and processing legal and technical documents within the architecture and interior design sectors. This role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, ensuring a solid understanding of industry terminology and transcription best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately transcribe audio recordings of meetings, client consultations, site visits, and technical discussions related to architectural and interior design projects.

Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to company style guides, paying close attention to legal and technical jargon.

Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality transcripts.

Manage and organize transcription files, maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Collaborate with architects, designers, project managers, and legal teams to clarify any ambiguities or specific requirements in the transcribed content.

Assist in drafting summaries or minutes of meetings based on transcribed content, leveraging LLM skills for concise and accurate representation.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry-specific terminology, legal frameworks relevant to construction and design, and transcription standards.
