Transportation Engineer for B.Pharma Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Engineer with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for optimizing our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and compliant movement of goods and personnel within our emerging technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical understanding and engineering acumen to address complex transportation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement transportation strategies that align with RIL's business objectives, particularly in sectors involving sensitive materials or regulated goods.

Analyze and optimize routes, schedules, and carrier performance to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery, with a focus on pharmaceutical supply chain integrity.

Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and pharmaceutical handling guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and regulatory affairs, to address transportation-related issues.

Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and propose improvements in transportation network design.

Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers, negotiating contracts and monitoring service levels.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or solutions to enhance transportation operations.
