Travel Desk Manager - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Desk Manager to join our Investment Banking division in Lucknow. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Pharma background looking to transition into the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for employees.

Manage travel policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Handle visa and other travel documentation as required.

Negotiate with travel vendors to secure favorable rates and terms.

Address travel-related queries and resolve any issues promptly.

Maintain accurate travel records and generate reports on travel expenses.

Assist in developing and implementing travel cost-saving initiatives.
