Role Summary:

This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master's in Design (M.Des) looking to gain foundational experience in treasury operations within the dynamic Indian payments industry. You will support the treasury department in managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and executing payment transactions.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and internal records.
- Help in preparing financial reports and analyses related to cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance.
- Gain exposure to foreign exchange management and hedging strategies.
- Understand and contribute to the development of treasury policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Research and stay updated on relevant financial regulations and market trends in India.
- Assist in managing relationships with banking partners.
