UI / UX - Other - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated UI/UX professional with a unique background in M.Pharma to join our Chennai team. This role involves understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences, particularly within the context of our leather product development and customer engagement platforms. Your pharmaceutical insights will be valuable in ensuring clarity, accuracy, and user-friendliness in complex information delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement innovative UI/UX strategies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Apply principles of information architecture and interaction design to enhance user journeys.
- Leverage your M.Pharma knowledge to ensure the clarity and accuracy of information presented in digital interfaces, especially concerning product specifications, safety guidelines, or material composition.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
