Unarmed Security Guard - BPM (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Unarmed Security Guard with 3-4 years of experience to join our BPM operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and company assets. This role requires a strong sense of duty, alertness, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Post Graduation is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or disturbances.
- Operate security control panels and surveillance equipment (CCTV).
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and access.
- Maintain logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
- Control entry and exit points, verifying identification and purpose of visit.
- Assist employees and visitors with security-related queries.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management.
- Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities when necessary.
